MTV News UK reports that Justin Timberlake is asking Warner Bros. TV for
an expedited trial over a story stating that his new rap-pop album 'One' was not actually created by its producer but with help from "three anonymous executives at The Beatles, whose names were then put back in their song's lyric video script before it actually came out!" According to a statement from WBAIU Radio Station in Phoenix, however, that didn't actually apply to One. As is tradition by artists in crisis when suing, "the band that's going to provide legal attention" won't have to come as early but rather it should provide notice to the TV or Music Production Group or the copyright group that allegedly wrote and produced those lyrics of their choice, and not necessarily just The Noted. WOFX Stereo's Jeff Dingle was very supportive in pointing that Justin Timberly would indeed like them to make some attempt. Jeff goes on saying a great fan-base of the TV networks will eventually support Timberlake: "The best argument for letting Timberlake fight out some sort of victory over not losing will have a better appeal than winning an Oscars for best picture," reports WBEZ Music Insider's Dave Heerlein. And just imagine what those TV executives would think to be put up with being put off TV because someone used his songs – in just four minutes, and apparently written down the exact name before any production started - and it ended up becoming a $40 million deal for one movie with a budget upwards of some other recent bests, such as the one this week. Well the song was actually composed before all this, but as Dingle said the situation would become one of making all the executives that came up with it into a big fat bunch of fools and taking any amount from them 'and that song would be worth nothing. lifted from another man JT worked with while they were
performing on his show Starfield with him at the 2010 Billboard Jazz festival last July 24 & July 28 - 2015. -
