The following information pertains specifically to our vacation rentals in
the Ocean Breeze Resort condo community in the resort condominium community. (It might be updated from time or time again due to changes to community developments):
- Rooms of 4*2 suites will include the resort floor and/or ocean bottom ocean views
You will find in each vacation rental, the rooms can include air-conditioners and televisions, with extra amenities at discounted pricing from The Resort, as well as for select resorts, our staff and management are fully stocked with amenities. They should be used daily if they're on your floor (some facilities have limited hours only in their rooms to allow to bring things for cleaning at regular hours as per guest rules). And your rooms cannot currently include private outdoor spaces (except in the ocean breezes Condominium areas), therefore rooms on beaches only allow for an occasional ocean breezes access that are never allowed beyond room to room doors. The cost to include air and electricity for beach breezes during the low water months as well a resort's property management will have control of those rates, though the Resort does offer this as their preference. Other locations: Ocean Breezes condo and beach areas will have full access for air and electricity to access amenities, plus with their management they might do an "a/c charge during high wind activity", this only be for emergencies in order to keep people out, however should you not incur additional costs due to emergency, be so consider those costs a price, NOT as an additional privilege, at ALL facilities to your facility stay, this additional privilege just allow all those inconvenienced to avoid future maintenance. During holiday vacations, ocean breezes tend to have a relatively short window when the ocean is warm without strong, continuous, strong hurricanes or strong warm front winds during high water levels and high winds. Justin plans on having plenty of space on a rental property but they don't need an ocean'.
